To check the internet speeds at your gateway eero, follow these steps:

1. Open the eero App: Launch the eero app on your smartphone or tablet.
2. Navigate to the Activity Section: Tap the Activity tab at the bottom of your screen.
3. Select Speed Test: Tap either the Fastest Download or Fastest Upload tile.
4. Run the Speed Test: Tap the Run Speed Test button (the blue button at the bottom of the screen).

This will initiate a speed test to measure your internet connection's download and upload speeds.
